RVUNL Syllabus

Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUNL) has disclosed a recruitment notification against various vacant
vacancies in its department. A common written competitive examination shall be conducted equally on various exam centers in Rajasthan. There shall be one common question paper for Part-A. For Part- B there shall be different papers company wise/group wise. Exam will be conducted separately for each company on same date and time of all the applicants.

Part-A General Awareness

  • Current Affairs
  • Gen. Science and Elementary Maths
  • Geography and Natural Resources
  • Agriculture & Economic Development
  • History & Culture with special emphasis on Rajasthan.

Part-B Technical Knowledge/ Skill

The standard and syllabus will be of the level of ITI/ NAC in the trades of concerned group.

  • Question paper will be in Hindi and English language.
  • Question paper shall consist of objective type questions with 5 options to answer each question.
  • In Part-A each question will carry one mark and in Part-B each question will carry 2 marks.
  • For each right answer in Part-A one mark and in Part-B, two marks shall be allowed.
  • There shall be no negative marking.
  • There shall be no minimum pass marks in the written examination.

Important Details:
  • Aspirants selection will be comprise on merit list which will be prepare category wise and GroupWise for each company on the basis of marks secured in written exam.
  • Selected aspirants to be called for documents verification shall be one & half times of the advertised vacancies in order of merit, to be drawn on the basis of marks, secured in written competitive examination (category wise and GroupWise)
  • There shall be no interview executed by organization.
  • In case two or more candidates’ secure equal marks, in the written examination, their merit shall be decided as per their date of birth i.e. elder candidate shall be placed higher in the merit list.
