Educational and other Record: Aspirants should this record of education-
  • Applicants must be An Indian citizen
  • Candidates who are desire to filling UPSC Application Form must hold a degree of any of Universities.
  • Candidates appearing for their final year degree exam are also eligible to apply for Civil Services Exam.
  • Candidates with professional and technical qualifications are able to apply.
  • Candidates who have passed final year of MBBS exam but are yet to complete internship can apply for prelim exam.

Number Of Attempts: Every candidate can only go for six attempts only, provided that, this restriction will not applicable for SC and ST candidates who are otherwise eligible.

Age Limits: Age of the applicants should not below 21 years and not more than 32 years.

Application Fee: General category candidates should need to pay Rs. 100/- as an application fee and Female/ SC/ ST/ PH Candidates are exempted from any fee. Payment of fee will be paid in any Branch of SBI by Cash, or by using net banking/ Visa/ Master Credit/ Debit Card.

Process of Hiring: Candidates will be appointed on their performance in Preliminary and main exam followed by interview with this pattern:
  • Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination (Objective type) for the selection of candidates for Main Examination
  • Civil Services (Main) Examination (Written and Interview) for the selection of candidates for various Services and posts.

How to Apply? Dear candidates these are the steps by which you may apply online in less time:
  • All participants will have to visit the official site of Union Public Service Commission that is www.upsconline.nic.in
  • On the home page press on to ‘Online Application for Various Examinations of UPSC’ And ‘Online Recruitment Application (ORA) For Various Recruitment Posts’ link.
  • After that choose proper link and you will be able to see the list of examinations or vacancies on your computer screen.
  • Select the link “Part I Registration” and fill completed details such as name, date of birth, residential address and other details and upload scanned photograph in JPG format.
  • Pay deposits the requisite amount of application fee online though SBI net banking or cash through SBI bank Challan or through credit card/debit card.
  • Submit the application fee and then for a second time return to the official site for part two registrations.
  • Complete the Part-II registration by filling all details very carefully.
  • Fill that form with all details and submit it successfully.
  • Don’t forget to receive a print out of submitted form for further use.
